Can I pay by invoice online?

No. We currently only accept credit and debit card payments via this website. If you wish to discuss a regular order or paying on an account, please call our support team on 08000 235 905.

What types of cards do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express payments via our website

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 500 litres. Unfortunately, we don't offer deliveries for less than 500 litres so that we can ensure our customers receive the best value from our services. 

Do I need to pay VAT?

There is 5% VAT on all heating oil deliveries for domestic customers to their homes. For commercial customers, including farms, there is 5% VAT on orders less than 2,300 litres. For deliveries greater than 2,301 litres, commercial customers pay 20% VAT on the whole delivery.

Which days are 'working days'?

Our delivery times are based on working days, Monday to Friday. We don't count the weekends as standard delivery days, but we do offer deliveries to some areas, as a premium delivery option.

Do you deliver at weekends?

We offer Saturday deliveries as a premium delivery option in some areas. Simply select 'Named Day Delivery' to choose this option. We can also offer Sunday deliveries. Please call us to discuss your requirements and check availability on 08000 235 905.

How big are your delivery vehicles?

Our standard delivery vehicles are 6 wheelers, however, we can usually accommodate customers who can't accept our larger tankers with our smaller, 4 wheelers instead. If you require a smaller tanker for delivery, please call us to arrange this on 08000 235 905.

What if I'm not at home?

We don't need you to be at home for a delivery, as long as our driver can access your tank easily and as long as it isn't locked.

Where's my order?

If your order hasn't been delivered when you expected, please check your order confirmation email. This will show you the time period in which your order is due to be delivered. If there is a problem, please call our support team on 08000 235 905.

Where do you deliver?

We have depots all over the UK, so we can offer deliveries to most of the country. If we can't, then we will arrange for a partner to deliver to you instead.

What type of oil do I need?

The vast majority of boilers run on 28 Second Kerosene. This is also commonly referred to as kerosene, heating oil or burning oil - these are just different names for the same fuel.

Why should I upgrade my oil to Premium Kerosene?

Our premium kerosene improves the efficiency of your system by enabling the fuel to burn better. Your boiler will run at its most efficient, immediately. Premium kerosene reduces the amount of sooty build-up to keep your boiler running better for longer.

It also helps to maintain your boilers optimum performance resulting in improved efficiency, lower CO2 emissions and using less fuel to heat your home. 

Why do fuel prices change?

The wholesale price which we buy your heating oil at constantly fluctuates. We continuously monitor the wholesale price of the heating oil we supply and we buy from all of the major oil companies to ensure we can offer you the best prices possible.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order up to 12 hours before your delivery slot. If you need to cancel your order, please call our support team as soon as possible on 08000 235 905, between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

I've forgotten my password

If you've already registered a account, you can login during the checkout process to make ordering even easier. If you can't remember your password, click the 'I've forgotten my password' link underneath the 'Login now' butoon during checkout. Then follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I create an account?

After you place your first order, you will be asked if you would like to save your details for next time. 

If you'd like to create an account, simply enter a secure password, then repeat it to confirm and click on 'Create My Account'. You will then be able to save your order details to make future ordering easier.
